Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your Weilo (app.weilo) account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@weilo.app from your account’s email address, with the subject “Delete account”.

We’ll verify your identity and process the request within 30 days. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done.

Using Weilo as a guest? If you never signed in, your data is stored only on your phone and there is no account on our servers. To remove it, clear the app’s data or uninstall it from your device settings.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account we erase from our servers:

Your profile: name, email address and account identifiers.
Your routines, exercises and workout logs.
Your body and progress metrics (weight, measurements, readiness).
Your preferences, subscription and any other data linked to your account.

What we may retain

We may retain, for the period required by law, the minimum records needed for legal, accounting or tax obligations (for example, subscription transaction receipts). We may also keep anonymous analytics data that is not linked to your identity and cannot be associated with you.
