Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Weilo app and its related services. By creating an account or continuing as a guest, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Weilo is a fitness and training application operated by the Weilo team. For any question about these terms, write to support@weilo.app.

2. Accepting these terms

You accept these terms when you first use Weilo — whether you sign in with Google, register with an email address, or continue in guest mode. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

If you are using Weilo on behalf of an organisation (for example, as a coach managing clients), you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

3. Health disclaimer

Weilo does not provide medical advice. The routines, weight suggestions, progressions and any other guidance the app produces are informational and generated automatically from the data you enter. They are not a substitute for a doctor, a physiotherapist or a qualified trainer.

Consult a health professional before starting a training programme, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, are recovering from an injury, are pregnant, or are taking medication. Stop training and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You train at your own risk.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to use the service — see the minimum age in our Privacy Policy.

Guest mode stores your data only on your device. If you uninstall the app or exit the guest session without linking an account, that data is lost and cannot be recovered.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Weilo for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Interfere with the service — including reverse engineering, automated scraping, or overloading our infrastructure.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

6. Your content

The routines, exercises, notes and training records you create are yours. You keep ownership of them. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service: storing that content, syncing it between your devices, and showing it to the people you explicitly share it with — for example a coach you have linked to your account.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to upload it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

7. Coaches and clients

If you link your account to a coach, that coach can see your training data and assign you routines. You can revoke that link at any time from the app, which ends their access going forward. The relationship between a coach and a client is between those two parties: we provide the tool, not the coaching service, and we are not responsible for the advice a coach gives.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Weilo offers free features and a paid plan (PRO), plus plans for coaches. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play or the App Store, subject to their terms. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them before the renewal date. Cancellation and refunds are handled by the store, not by us — manage or cancel your subscription from your Google Play or App Store account. Deleting your Weilo account does not cancel an active store subscription.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Weilo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. If we discontinue a feature you paid for, we will tell you with reasonable notice.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Weilo at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account, or from this page. Deletion is irreversible.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where we are required to do so by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Weilo is provided "as is". We are not liable for injuries resulting from your training, for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor does it affect the rights you have as a consumer.

12. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Weilo after that means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, without affecting any right you may have to bring a claim before the courts of your own country of residence as a consumer.
